Using the upload tool (watch the Upload video for more explanation on how the upload tool works), you can quickly add data to multiple or all jobs at once. Data that can be directly uploaded into the Gender Summary section includes:
(Field Name: Description of the Type of Input expected from the upload)
Required:
Job Number: Job Class number that connects the data from all the sections, entering a new job number (one not used in another section, will create a new Job Class for your project)
Optional:
Job Class Title: Name of the Job Class (not generally required unless you are adding new jobs not in any other sections or changing the name of a Job Class)
NOC Code: 4 digit National Occupation Classification code
Other Stereotype Source: A verbal description of a source other that Ontario wide NOC data used to determine Stereotype Gender Dominance
Other Stereotype Dominance: Male / Female / Neutral
Gender Override: Male / Female / Neutral
