If you have not added employees or employee gender in the Employee Data section that the tool cannot assess incumbent or historical gender dominance. If you are creating a pay equity plan without the use of Employee Data (only using Job Data), you can use the Gender Override column to enter the Gender Dominance your organization has determined outside of the Compensation Tool.
