NOC stands for "National Occupation Classification" code. NOC codes are 4 digit codes created by the Government of Canada for which all jobs in the Canadian economy can be classified under. Every 5 years in the national Census, the Government of Canada collects data with Gender information for each code. This data, parsed out for Ontario only, is then used a default method to determine Stereotype dominance.
