The single incumbency column notates (with a Yes) if the same employee has been the only employee in the Job Class during the analysis period. The single incumbency data is never used in any calculations and is provided for information purposes as this data has been requested from the Pay Equity Commission in projects HCI has worked on.  Single incumbency jobs may be viewed with a greater emphasis placed on a the stereotypical data from a Review Officer.  Please contact your legal representation or an HCI Consultant if you have concerns with single incumbency jobs.
