If a Job Class only has one year during the analysis period (non maintenance year) where it is occupied by an employee(s) their will be no historical data for this Job Class (only incumbent data). This is also true for Job Classes which are added during maintenance years, where the year the job is added automatically becomes the Incumbent year with no historical data. Historical data will not be considered when determining the Gender Dominance of Job Class.
