All these fields are calculations based on the Employee Data that has been entered. If no employees exist in a Job Class for a given year these fields will be empty (if no employee data is entered all the fields will be hidden and not seen in the Job Data Table). If employee's exist these fields will have data in them based on the employee data entered. This data can only be changed through the employee data section. The Highest Band (Salary and Hourly), Target Variable, Benefist (Value) and Other Compensation fields can be edited with the Job Data section
Why are the Max Emp Base (Hourly and Salary), Employee Hours, Max Emp VC (Annual) and sometimes FTE columns grayed without the ability to change/enter information? Print
