Jobs automatically exist in the Job Data section in every year for each project, they are only included in the Pay Equity Analysis if they have employees or the override FTE is used.  If the job has no FTE in a year they are not included in the Pay Equity Analysis.  

If you incorrectly added a new Job in the Job Data section you can either update the info to be correct (wrong name or amount) or you can delete the Job from all years in the Job Evaluation section.
