Only one file can be ingested by the Compensation Tool at a time. Uploaded files can affect multiple sections of your project and calculations are made as the file is being uploaded, hence to preserve the integrity of your project only one file can be uploaded at once. Similarly, your project is locked while files are being uploaded to ensure that the data is properly ingested and no changes can be me made that affect the integrity of the upload.
