NOTE: Your security settings, software or corporate policy may ensure you perform additional steps to download files from your browser, if you are not able to export required files please contact your organization's network administrator or IT support.
Unlike most exports in the Compensation Tool, the Pay Equity Plan can only be exported from the Project Management Section. More information about the Pay Equity Plan and its relationship to the Pay Equity and the Compensation Tool can be found in the Section Overviews support area.
To create a Pay Equity Plan export, click the green button "+CREATE PAY EQUITY PLAN EXPORT" (as shown below) in the Create Project Export area of the Project Management Section.
A pop-up window will appear where you can choose the Banding Scenario to base the Pay Equity Plan on. If you are unsure of which Banding Scenario to choose, please visit the Banding and Pay Equity section to identify the correct one. Click "NEXT" and you will be brought to a new pop-up window where you can name and provide a description (does not impact the Plan created and is for your organization's use) for the created Plan. Once you have named and provided a description click the green "CREATE" button. A new pop-up window will appear providing you more information on the export. The Pay Equity Plan will be created and you will receive an email once completed.
To download the Pay Equity Plan click the download link "Click Here" beside the title of the Plan you have created and the export will start automatically as per your browser settings.
The export is in a compressed .zip folder which can be decompressed once downloaded to your local computer.
