In general, the Pay Equity Office is looking for proof that you have a Pay Equity Plan and all Female Jobs are been compensated according to the legislation. The Pay Equity Office may have different reasons or triggers for contacting your organization.   Although you have created a Pay Equity Plan and have all the required documentation in the Compensation tool, it may still be prudent to contact an HCI Consultant or legal representation before responding to the Pay Equity Office.
