Once you have completed your project (including selecting a banding scenario and performing a pay equity analysis on this banding scenario), you can auto generate a Pay Equity Plan by clicking Create My Pay Equity Plan, you can then export the document.  The export takes some time to generate and will be available for download, in the Project Management section in the Create Project Export area of the page, when completed. Select the "click here" link under the Download Link column and the Plan will be downloaded to your computer (usually in you pre-selected download folder you have set up in your chrome browser)
