When a new year is added to the project, either through the Project Details Page, Employee Data Section or Job Data Section it will appear in the Project Details Page. By default, the First Year added to the Project will become the Incumbent year and all other years added after this will either be historical or maintenance based on the date of the incumbent year. To change the incumbent year, click the radio button beside the Year under the Manage Years section in the Incumbency Column. Changing the incumbent year will automatically adjust other years in the project to become Historical or Maintenance. Careful changing the incumbent year as it can affect completed Pay Equity analysis and plans.
