Overtime pay is generally not included in any Pay Equity analysis and should not affect the Job Rate of a Job Class, hence if any employees have overtime pay included your data for base salary or base hourly they should be removed before being added to the comp tool. This is generally the same for shift or locations premiums. Please contact a consultant or legal representation if you have questions about what to include in your base hourly / salary rates.
