The Order in which the Sub Factors appear in the Point Table dictates the order which the sub factors appear throughout the tool and in exports (including the Job Wizard, Job Evaluations Section, Job Details, Factor Ladders, Pay Equity Plan Export).
To change the Order of the sub factors use the arrows in the in the Order column of the point table. Clicking the up or down arrow once will move the sub factor one place in the table in the direction selected. The table (web page) may refresh if the sub factor is moved to the first or last position in the table.
Note: Do not press the same arrow in the Order Column multiple times to move the same sub factor multiple spots in the table, as clicking the arrow once will move the factor instantly to a new row. To move the same sub factor multiple rows click the arrow in the Order column once, then find the sub factor in the table (one row up or down) and repeat the process.
