Only the Admin for each project can make changes to the Point Table or Factor Rationale. If you can only see, but not make changes then you only have manager access for your project.  Only one user has the ability to change the point table and factor rationale as any changes will impact any job classes already evaluated and may impact Pay Equity Comparisons.  Please contact your project admin if changes are required
