Why: Adding sub factor rationale instructions aids the evaluator in the evaluation process when using the Job Evaluation Wizard. The instructions will appear in the Job Wizard on the appropriate sub factor and can provide further clarity of what the sub factor is evaluating, how to apply half levels (if applicable), further definitions of a description used within levels or any other information you feel is beneficial for the evaluator with regards to the specific sub factor. Instructions are not required but can be leveraged to aid the evaluator

How: On each sub factor rationale page above the rationale section the "Factor Specific Instructions" box appears, the box contains a simplified version of a text editor that allows you add simple formatting to the instructions (ie, Font Size, Bullets, colours).  Using the buttons in the editor you can highlight and enter your instructions in the text field.  Once you have added your instructions you must click the save button below the box to save any additions or changes.
