No, HCI has created a Standard Job Evaluation System than can be applied to any project as part of your access to the HCI Compensation Tool. If you are using the standard HCI Job Evaluation System the Point Table and Sub-Factor Rationales are completely set-up and can be used immediately for evaluations.
