A Pay Equity analysis uses all of the provided data in the project to identify the most cost efficient Pay Equity comparators associated to your banding solution by applying comparator rules within the legislation.

After identifying comparator jobs the tool will provide, if applicable, the cost of adjustment (hourly and total based on hours worked) associated to the comparison.

The analysis can then be used to create a Pay Equity Plan associated to the banding scenario.

As always it is important to note that although the Compensation Tool will perform a Pay Equity analysis for all banding scenarios created it does not guarantee that the analysis is an acceptable Pay Equity solution.
