You can create multiple Banding Scenarios in the Compensation Tool in order to analyze and compare, but you are only allowed 1 banding solution that cannot change (with the exception of a few circumstances) for Pay Equity purposes, the same banding scenario must be maintained year over .
It is recommended that you name the banding scenario that you have chosen for your Pay Equity Plan something that notates it is the chosen plan.
You may perform a Pay Equity Analysis for each banding scenario that you have created and hence a Pay Equity Plan. When you choose to create your plan and export you always have the choice of which banding scenario you export from the Banding table or the Project Management section (based on the name of the banding scenario).
