A "Fixed Percentage" Banding Scenario creates bands by starting a defined Point Total (generally at or slightly below your lowest or lowest expected evaluated point total) and creating a new band every x percentage until all evaluated Job Classes are within a band. In this band type, bands will increase in size based on the starting point total of each band, for example 20% of 100 is smaller than 20% of 600 (20 points vs 120 points)

For example:

Lowest Evaluated Job Class Point Total (or selected starting value): 150 points

Percentage Width: 20%

Hence if your highest evaluated point total is 625 points you will 8 bands based on the following table:

Band #StartEndWidth
